Summer got a couple pairs of Rapunzel sunglasses for her birthday that she LOVES! We keep one pair in my purse and one pair in the pool bag but somehow they were both out and Summer and Tucker thought it was great to be matching! So cute!

More pictures from swim lessons! She had them in May, June and July!

Trying to keep Tucker entertained isn’t always fun but he sure doesn’t seem to mind!

Summer’s end of school year party! They got to make visors and have an ice cream party! They still had one more day of school left after this…Field Day! The teachers handled field day so I don’t have any pictures from that. The Ice Cream Party was great fun though!

Summer had the best year with Ms. Meredith and Ms. Mary! Such wonderful, caring teachers and friends! I enjoyed getting to know Ms. Meredith (in fact we text quite frequently and were able to get together with her and Ms. Mary this summer). The relationship they formed with Summer and me really meant so much! Thanks again!!!! Love you both!!

Last day of school pictures! Where did Summer’s 3 year old preschool year go?!? What a great year! Can’t wait to start her Pre-K year in September!

May Mommy and Me

 

May Mommy and Me ended with 2 great events-Field Day and the End of Year Party!

Those were the last 2 Mommy and Me’s for the year!

We had perfect weather for field day! Summer and Tucker both loved being outside and running around.

The last Mommy and Me! And it may be the last one forever. Ms.Nancy has retired and we haven’t heard of anyone else picking it up.

This group has been with Ms. Nancy since they were babies! So sweet!

Thank you Ms. Nancy for 4 great years of Mommy and Me (plus all the years I you did it when I didn’t have kids yet).

Gymnastix Extravaganza 5/18/13

 

Summer has been taking gymnastics pretty consistently since she was 15 months old. When she turned 3 Mom switched from taking her to Gymboree to gymnastics which has worked out great! At the end of the year they do an Extravaganza! We had never been to one and it was great! The gymnast move from station to station to show what they have learned the past year. They get a trophy at the end and were able to order special gymnastics outfits. She goes to Gymnastix (yes with an X).

Mom, Dad, Aunt Beth, Tom, Tucker and I all went to watch her and then went to “Mexico” (Cabos) for lunch after.
