April 2013-Spring Break Part 1

We kicked off our April with Spring Break! We had Tucker’s 18 month Dr’s appointment, lots of park play dates and Dada even took off on Friday! It was a fun week!

In the waiting room Tucker was all smiles!

He did not like getting weighed. Tucker discovered the stool and light switches as we waited to see Dr. M.

Tucker weighed in at 23lbs 14 oz –22%tile

Height-32 1/4”-63%tile

Growing well!

After Tucker’s Dr’s appointment we went to the park across the street to meet up with friends!

Another day we went to this really different park in the woods. Everything was made of wood and you could climb on it all. Tucker wasn’t sure what to think of the bear at first. It was really sweet watching him trying to decide if it was real and would lick him or not.

Summer got invited to a skate night! It was her first time roller skating and she did great!

She even found her friends Callie and Aidan!

This was a great start to Spring Break. Part 2 to come!

Easter 3/31/13

 

Here’s a sneak peak of what the kids found from the Easter Bunny as they woke up! It was a Disney filled Easter!

The eggs are hidden! The Easter Bunny left sports eggs for Tucker and Princess Carriages for Summer!

All ready to go with their baskets in hand. Tucker is not too sure what is going on!

Checking out their gifts and starting to hunt for eggs!

New books, toys and dress up! Life is good for Summer and Tucker!

Easter Brunch time with Aunt Lies, Mom-Mom and Pops!

After brunch we run into some friends!

I love our sweet family so much! Tucker’s tie matches Summer’s dress!

Mom-Mom and Pops have some Easter treats at their house for the kids-of all ages! Lis, Tom and I also got some goodies!

Egg Picking time! Tucker really got into and was just taking any egg he could get a hold of and tapping them!

I can’t believe I didn’t get a good one of Dad egg picking. It was pretty confusing with Tucker trying to steal all of our eggs. In the end Tom was the official winner but Summer was a close second (she wouldn’t hit her last egg so I don’t think it ever got broke).
