In August we made a trip to Maryland for Labor Day weekend! I really was missing my Maryland friends and family and was so grateful that Tom was so willing to take this trip with the kids and I. It was truly a wonderful trip. I love it when I can see so many of our friends and family!
We arrived to MD in the afternoon and Tom had a conference call so the kids and I went to lunch for some MD crab dip and to the mall!
That evening we headed to the Sawyer house for some steamed crabs! YUM!!!! Summer is 4, Tucker 23 months and I was almost 6 months pregnant.
Thanks Colleen for having us over and for providing the perfect space to pick some crabs!! It was great to see Leah and Sadie as well!
The next morning we went to breakfast at the Lenharts. It was so great to see Hailey again. She has grown so much. We also got to meet Anthony. Pictured above is Summer, Hailey and Anthony.
Anthony, Gina and Tucker
Surprise!!! I got to surprise Jessica at her baby shower! So fun! This is baby #2 and she was due in October. Baby Brooks is here and oh so cute!!
Jess, Erika, and I all pregnant together! Erika was due about about a month after this shower and was waiting to see if it was a boy or a girl. Well surprise!! 2 days later baby boy Ryan was here!!!
Next up a cook out with my college friends! Alyssa hosted at her house and Candice and Janna joined us! So fun! Pictured above are Michaela (Can’s little girl), Summer and Kennedy (Alyssa’s little girl). Michaela is close to Summer age and Kennedy and Tucker are days apart!
The kids!
The kids and moms!
Friends together again!
We have pics from when these 2 were little on this chair (around 6 months old) and trying to get these 2 two years olds to sit again was amusing!
Janna and Summer
Our last stop was to spend the day with family! We went to Aunt Paula’s and got to see Aunt Paula, Aunt Rita, Cousins Sarah, Nate, Mike and Heather. And the Second Cousins- Alex, Maddy, Ava and Autumn! So fun!
The kids all together. Maddy, Summer, Alex, Tucker, Ava and Autumn!
Outdoor fun!
Such a great visit to Maryland! Thanks to everyone for making the effort to see us! It means a lot!
