In February Summer and Tom were able to go on a special date night! Chic-fil-a has a Daddy and Daughter date night every year. I have been waiting for it to work out for the 2 of them. Last year we were in Indiana and the year before Summer was only 1.
Anyways, it’s super special and they both had a blast. Summer was all dressed up from her Princess tea party from earlier in the day. I got a full report: There was a table cloth on the table. Summer got a princess cow and a rose! And there were balloons! Somewhere in the midst of all this they ate dinner and talked about the Princess tea party Summer gone to earlier. They also came home with a picture together.
I love how excited both of them were for this event. I think we have a new tradition.

We went to Cabo’s Mexican restaurant on Valentine’s Day. We decided to make it a yearly tradition. Tom and I never go out on Valentine’s Day to celebrate. It’s usually a work night and the restaurants we like to go to are too busy. We get to Cabo’s early enough and it’s not too bad. Summer loves guacamole!
Dada also gets Summer a special gift. Here she is opening her Minnie Mouse card that had a bracelet in it.
He also got her some special flowers! So sweet!
