Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th of July!

I have several posts from June to catch up on but thought I would sneak this one in first.

We had a great 4th with the neighborhood parade, staying inside and relaxing during the storms and rain during the day and then heading to a cook-out that evening to see fireworks! It was nice to have Tom around an extra day and super sweet to hear Summer saying "Happy 4th of July" and to see her waving her flag all day!

You can certainly tell I am pregnant in this picture-26 weeks and counting!

Getting ready to be in the golf cart parade around the neighborhood!

The Zawacki Family on their golf cart!

Summer in MY headband. That's right. She never wants to wear a headband but for some reason my expensive Polo one was calling her name and it's the only thing she wanted in her hair. I ended up wearing her headband from the dollar bins at Target. It was a cute one but I figured she wouldn't wear it so it was the right price! :)

More parade pics! My parents got to lead the parade since they were Neighbors of the Year!

Summer saying "Happy 4th of July" and waving her flag! She did a good job of waving it the whole time we went around the neighborhood in the parade.

Our decorated golf cart! Summer kept saying, "golf cart pretty, Mama".

An all American picture! What else would you eat on the 4th? Last year on 4th of July Summer tried watermelon for the first time and she has loved it ever since.

Watching some fireworks in the distance on Daddy's shoulders.

Here I am pointing out the fireworks going off in the street (we were a safe distance).

Below are 4th of July pictures of Summer and the Sawyer sisters. Leah and Sadie were here to visit right before the 4th of July. It's become a yearly tradition to get 4th of July pictures of the 3 girls! They were super cooperative this year!

This was my idea! I spray painted the letters for the girls to hold. It couldn't have turned out better! "USA"
